Return & Refund Policy
At Buyposteronline, every product is made to order, meaning it is specially manufactured just for you after you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any orders. Additionally, we cannot modify or cancel orders after 24 hours from the time of purchase. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at support@buyposteronline.com
Damaged Products Policy
While we take great care in packaging and shipping, rare instances of damage may occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email clear and detailed photos of the damage, including images of the packaging, to support@buyposteronline.com. For a Damage Review, please note the following requirements: 1. Photos must be clearly visible and submitted in .jpeg or .png format. 2. Damage claims must be submitted within 72 hours of the delivery date provided by the shipping carrier. 3. Photos must be taken immediately upon receiving the product – it should not be hung, installed, or altered before documenting the damage. 4. The Damage Review process takes a minimum of 30 business days. PosterMansion, at its sole discretion, may choose to repair or replace the damaged product. 5. If a replacement is approved, its production and delivery are subject to inventory, manufacturing capacity, and shipping timelines. In some cases, you may be responsible for return shipping costs if a product needs to be sent back for repair or replacement.
